ChaCha is the place to go and apply for a JOB. you have to apply and you have to qualify and pass tests in order to be hired.

CHACHA click on careers and apply. they will review your application, then they will email you and ask you to log in and take a test or two or three all depends. then after the tests are done it takes about 3 to 5 days to get your results on whether or not you have passed.
